Experience us desirable however if you have a passion for care, call us and we can discuss further!

Adult Division: What is the young adult’s division?

Working within independent living solutions to help provide support for young adults who are about to make the next steps into adulthood and increase their independence. Tasks can include assisting with shopping, employment, cooking, bills and other daily responsibilities.

Within this division we specialise in:

  • Mental Health
  • Learning Disabilities

Adult Division: Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals with a passion for care, has a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a care environment and eager to learn with a confident attitude.

We provide full support and training throughout to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible within your position, also allowing room for growth within C4.

A full driving licence is also beneficial.

Homecare: If we provide staff to you…

Our home care services enable individuals to live safely and comfortably in the place they know best; their own home.

Daily or weekly care visits; there are plenty of home care services available, even on a short-term, hour-by-hour basis.

We promote independent living, creating personalised care plans that reflect the exact needs of an individual to ensure they are getting the correct amount of support, no matter how little or large.

Homecare: Who are we looking for?

We are looking for kind, caring, dedicated and flexible individuals who have a desire to support our older, vulnerable adults, in and around the community as one of the team. The support you provide will be person centred and will make a positive difference to their life. As we get older, we would all like to think we had someone looking out for us. After all, the older adults in our community deserve the highest quality of care and companionship and to be able to remain in the place they feel the safest, their own home.
