What type of care do C4 Care provide?

We provide comprehensive home care, complex care, and outreach services for both adults and children. Our expertise extends to supporting older individuals, those with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and medically complex conditions.

We cover a large amount of the North West including Stockport, Manchester, Trafford, Rochdale, Tameside, Cheshire west and Chester, Cheshire east, Derbyshire and St. Helens.

The rate is for an hour of care starts from £26.00 standard and £39.00 on bank holidays.

Home care (DOM care) is in the c home and is likely to include personal care and/or medication but also include meal preparation, assistance with bathing, etc. Community support (support care) is community based and is to support a customer access leisure and community activities.

We strive to ensure where possible the continuity of care by consistently providing the same dedicated staff members. This approach helps build trust and familiarity, leading to more personalised and effective care for our clients.

What training do the care staff have?
Our carers undergo comprehensive training, including face-to-face instruction in both general and complex care, as well as online courses. We award the C4 Care Certificate and provide additional training tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
Our carers also assist with light domestic tasks for many of our customers. This includes activities such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household chores, helping to maintain a comfortable and tidy living environment. We recognize that these tasks are essential for the well-being and daily comfort of our clients, and our carers are dedicated to providing this support.

Yes, we also assist in caring for pets as part of our comprehensive service. We understand the important role pets play in the lives of our customers and are committed to helping with their care, ensuring both the customer and their pets are well looked after.

Yes, we routinely arrange meet-and-greet sessions for our customers to introduce them to their care team. These meetings help establish a personal connection and ensure that our clients feel comfortable and familiar with those providing their care.

Our workforce is highly diverse and includes speakers of Arabic, Urdu, Polish, Portuguese, and many other languages.
