What is Outreach Support?
Outreach support means providing floating support for anyone who might need assistance with everyday tasks around the home, personal care, and daily living. Available for both short and long-term needs, this flexible type of assistance allows individuals to seek the help they need based on current circumstances.
Our care plans are 100% tailored to your needs, from providing a few hours of support a week to more intensive periods. The main goal of our care workers is to promote confidence and independent living so that everyone can live the life they desire.

Since 2018, we have been providing community care and outreach support services on both a temporary and permanent basis. Our services are delivered by community care assistants and support workers with enhanced DBS checks, training in Positive Behavioural Support and Level 2 Safeguarding at minimum. All our team benefit from ongoing training and frequent refreshers in both care skills and specialist treatment.

Where Can Outreach Support be Provided?
