Outreach Support

in the North West

Floating support and community outreach from carers who promote independent living and a great quality of life, building relationships as unique as the person they support.

What is Outreach Support?

Outreach support means providing floating support for anyone who might need assistance with everyday tasks around the home, personal care, and daily living. Outreach support is used by people of all ages both long-term and for short periods.

Our care plans are flexible and depend on your requirements, from providing a few hours of support a week to more intensive periods. The main goal of our care workers is always to promote confidence and independent living.
