What hasn’t changed
Our focus stays the same – personal, respectful care designed around the life you want to live.
Your local care team, local office and phone number remain exactly the same, ensuring continuity of care with people you know and trust.
Home care support from the Harmony team
Harmony’s care is flexible — from short check-in visits to longer daily support — built around what matters in your home, your routine and your independence.
Our support commonly includes:
- Personal care: washing, dressing, toileting and medication support
- Domestic assistance: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and housekeeping
- Companionship & community support: emotional support, shopping help, social outings and community escorts
- Respite care: short-term cover to give family carers a vital break
