C4 Care is delighted to announce that Harmony Homecare, a respected Wigan-based provider, has joined the C4 Care Group.
This is an exciting moment for both teams. C4 Care and Harmony Homecare share the same values, the same dedication to compassionate, person-centred support, and the same belief that care should always feel personal. By coming together, we’ll be able to learn from each other, strengthen our services, and bring even more support to people across the North West.
Importantly, Harmony Homecare will continue to provide home care in the way their clients and staff know and trust. What’s changing is the opportunity to share knowledge, experience, and best practice across both organisations – making us stronger together.
